KMAG is currently working on the development of its new website, and have encountered certain Registrant issues that are anticipated to be resolved in the coming days. We will notify all via social media as soon as the new site has been activated and published.


The new site will contain many material documents that will validate our existence, and will establish the criteria to solidify our plans for the future. New information will include up-to-date Customer Lists, Financial Statements inclusive from 2008 to 2014, Product Placements, Filing Statements, and List of Distributors. Most importantly, I plan to lay out a plan for our collective future and address the need for a shareholder meeting that will afford the voices of all to be heard.


The KMA Global Solutions domain has been hacked severely by those who oppose our relentless efforts, and wish our rise from the ashes to be unsuccessful. I, myself, have been accused of being an evil perpetrator, and have heard such fictitious stories of my living on the beach in foreign countries. It is time to put these falsehoods to rest, and to let the bashers and nay sayers be exposed for what they are. To those who have profited by shorting the shares and destroying shareholder value, your day of reckoning is coming.
